Born in Newburgh, Built to Last
A veteran opened Prime Time in Newburgh, Indiana in 2019 — determined to create a warm, welcoming spot for families, game days, and everything in between. It quickly became one of the area's most talked-about dining destinations.
Award-Winning Food, Not by Accident
The cast-iron Cheesy Mac took top honors at the Evansville Mac & Cheese Festival, and the half-pound burgers claimed People's Choice at the Burger Brawl. America's Best Restaurants came to town and left raving about the prime rib.
